If you applied for an away season ticket then make sure you return the confirmation letter the club sent you or you will not be registered
I applied but because I asked my friend to add my client reference number to his form so we could sit together I thought wrongly that I did not have to send the form back
It was a good job i e-nmailed the club to ask about my Everton ticket not being processed as they thought I had changed my mind but credit where its due they phoned me to double check and the situation is now all sorted and the girl was extremely helpfull
