I prefer to look at Leeds, Southampton, Derby, Sheff Weds, they haven't suffered too much.
Pride Park is nice.Near the station and a nice stadium with good facilities.

you can only have a waiting list for season tickets, not everybody wants to commit to a season ticket...there are plenty of people who would like to come on a match by match basis...i have been a regular at LR for 25 years, but its only in the past 5 years i have gone for a season ticket...i have now had to relinquish my ST,as i could not afford it,so i will have to buy tickets, match by match,i am not that confident
plus our ST level has been capped

I dont mind if we move or if we stay but there are other issues we need to consider:
1) were is the money going to come from to buy the land and build the stadium as the value of Loftus road is not enough to do both unless we move out towards northolt / ruslip and even then i am not sure.
2) every time we have had owners before prosposing this type of move the fans have been upset (and i am not talking about mergers) which have resulted in most of these being dropped
3) Any money spent will mean less for the team which is near to nothing now so i wouldnt like to see what it would be like in this situation.
The only way we should consider this is if we have owners who are in it for the long term and have a good business plan and the funds to do it (not a loan) other wise having a bigger stadium could actualy have the opposite effect like Coventry etc.....One for all.... and all for one

New ground cannot and should not be a priority unless we can both afford to build it and regularly fill it. The club cannot afford to do it because the attendances have consistently fallen short of capacity, even in our little ground. Yes, the owners can afford it, but the club can't.
As for Brighton's ground, it was at a cost of £91m. That is not on prime West London real estate, but on an old field in Sussex. Trust me, you would soon get fed up with a ground situated like it is. Almost as bad as Coventry. (And they've got a Tesco)
James, there is absolutely no way that Brighton could ever have afforded to build that ground without both the grant from the Council and the majority of the money from one wealthy individual. The club itself didn't pay for it as it couldn't afford it.

Their owner is a fan so actually cares about the club.
Unlike ours, and that includes the precious Mittals.
