Bernie has stated that if he decides to sell the shares he bought from Flavio, Flavio could have first refusal to buy them back. Exactly how many that is remains a mystery to me.

Ive heard similar whispers Webbie. Cant help but think thats exactly whats going on too tbh. And going by what I saw on that "4 year plan" video clip, I very much agree with the statement about Flabbio being the man we need to be cautious off!
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

My take on it is that although Bernie has overall control of the club, due to him being the majority shareholder, he has allowed Flavio control to run the club on his behalf. Due to the fact that Bernie does not have the time to do it himself.

That is 100 % fact and Blabbio is a law to himself as he knows whatever happens Bernie will back him to the hilt.I still cannot get my head round the Mittal situation as if he wanted the club that bad he would of paid £20-£30 million over the top as he couldnt lose.If we stay up he makes his money back and lots of profit on top in 1 season,if we go down he takes a couple of years parachute payments and sells.I'm not so sure if they really want 100 % control and the Amit resigning coz of season tkt prices going up was just a good bit of PR for them as if they really felt that strongly about it they would of taken over and done something about it.

Can't see why he would pay £20-30m ott. If BE wants £100m (allegedly) for his shares, plus the shares they originally bought, how is he going to get his money back? Parachute payments, I believe, are spread over a 3 or 4 year period.

Truth is no-one really knows who or what % is owned by Flavio or Bernie or indeed the Mittals. There is hardly any info coming out of qpr now, just 100% guess work!

Yes he did, but really no-one knows whats going on behind the scenes. Has there been an offical statement that says that Big Tony has actually bought into the club?

£16M A YEAR,plus he would have the assets of the better quality players that would count in the sale but the fact is if he came in and invested in the team like he said he would we wouldnt go down and £90m a season plus big investment from sponsors he would be onto a win win

Sorry mate, I am not a business man but cannot see your logic. If he paid BE/FB £100m, plus whatever he paid for his original investment, plus £20m (guesstimate) on players that's a big risk to take. Who apart from AT in our current squad would command a decent transfer fee, and out of that we have to pay Spuds 35-40%. Football clubs don't make money, with the possible exception of maybe MU, especially on 18k crowds.

Like I've said elsewhere, Tf is only in the spotlight to take the shine away from flabbio, or has been talked into injecting cash for transfers. All this paper talk is exactly what it is. What goes on the offy has to be accountable for scrutiny, and that's why there is nothing there at all about this supposed takeover.

£100M Where has that value come from ? only from people who speculate. At todays spec with Fernandes it is only valued at £75m and much nearer the truth. You telling me Abramovich paid £20m over the top for Chelski just because he could afford it - NO he paid it because he new what he could make it into with his wealth behind it so if he can do it the Mittal's could certainly do it if they wanted

                            NO BS

I have heard it from the horses mouth that Bernie is, erm, "grooming", Flavio to take over from him in F1. Specifically it will be Agag as the main money man and Flavio as the "face" as such.

People forget about Agag...he is a very very powerful man (check out his and tony blairs history) and is still very much involved in QPR.

Ignore the FACTS (ahem) re ownership. As i said, GP owns 10% of the club, but he can contractualy only sell those to Flavio as i understand it.

As I also understand it, due to the ******** from the Mittals, Flavio and Bernie would never sell to the mittals...and seriously regret their involvement.
