It says fernandes is ready to pump 15mill into the club, but realistically how much of that 15mill is Neil going to see?

... Yet now he is aparently a shareholder again?

Then rumours of 4 parties being interested when, by many sources, thats total poop and there is only Fernandes (another f1 body!) who is full of "hot air" and cant back up what he says.

All slightly strange if you ask me...
Flavio had first refusal on those shares and I thought he got them back

Has agreed to buy 20 per cent at 15 million.

Now sell to Mittal that would be funny
Disclaimer: I haven't read the article in Leewads link, my maths is gash and I don't really understand how these things work....

BUT, if T&C have agreed to sell 20% to TF for £15m, surely that makes 100% = £75m, so how come they wanted £100m off the Mittals??

            shoddy and confusing

            mittals own 30% not 20%

is he buying 20% for 15M if so that means bernie is valueing the 70% at 67.5m ish a significant drop from 100M

And if he is buying the shares for 15M then that money wont be available for transfers if Bernie wants it for his shares

            typical obscure partial information
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks

So if this is true and factual Bernie was trying to mug the Mittals off by trying to sell the club to him for 100million if that's true. FFS what a bloody mess does anyone factually know the exact amount of shares anyone has?

Here is the state of play as at March 2011, make of it what you will:

Persons acting in concert with QPR Holdings Limited

(In the format: Owner / Number of shares held / % held)

                Sea Dream Limited / 1,022,854,310 / 33.0%

                Bernard Charles Ecclestone / 485,050,826 / 15.65%

                Sarita Capital Investment Inc / 1,561,102,383 / 50.37%

Lienka Consultants Limited ('Lienka') is also a person acting in concert with QPR Holdings Limited and has an indirect interest in QPR Holdings Limited by virtue of its majority direct shareholding in Sarita Capital Investment Inc. Lienka is the trustee of the FB Trust, of which Flavio Briatore is currently the sole discretionary beneficiary.

Sea Dream Limited, I believe is Mittal & Bhatia's stake.

                .

If my maths are right the 2 nice people sell 10% each to fernando that still leave the stunted snot rag with over 50% and still in control and the chance for the 3 wise greese monkees to screw the club for all they can get

                    Good work Minty

So if Bernie sells 10% he's left with 5.5% roughly.
If Flav sells 10% he's left with 40.5% roughly.
                    Tony F has 20%
                    Mittal has 33%
                    GP has none !

I bet there's a condition in Tony F's 20% that he cannot sell to Mittal without giving Tango 1st refusal (at cost or reduced price)
Otherwise a merger or buyout of TF & LM's stakes would have a controlling stake.

This is starting to get VERY messy.

Do not believe what you are told by these sharks.I was told a few weeks ago by somebody who is very much ITK that Flabbio had never sold his shares to Bernie and it was just a paper transaction as he was under investigation through his F1 debacle.I was also told that Paladini is not the man that will destroy our club as he is just over enthusiastic at times but it is Flabbio we have to keep our eye on.I suggest this is yet another example of getting one of there buddies in to take some heat off until mid season so they can see what position we are in.If we are struggling they will walk with a nice profit but if we are holding our own we will see them around for a few year as £90m a season is worth staying for.

If this was the case why hasn't this been reported to the correct authorities?

Are you drunk ? Flavio sold his shares to Bernie last season. Bernie owns about 67% of the club.

Thats what I thought mate but reports saying Fernandes buying 10% from Bern and 10% from Flav! Something very dodgey going on me thinks!

Because he has done nothing wrong in the eyes of the FA/FL as he signed them to Bernie so as it stands he has no shares in the club. But when the F1 investigation is over Bernie can transfer them back,it only needs 1p for a transaction to be made.
