People forget about Agag...he is a very very powerful man (check out his and tony blairs history) and is still very much involved in QPR.
Ignore the FACTS (ahem) re ownership. As i said, GP owns 10% of the club, but he can contractualy only sell those to Flavio as i understand it.
As I also understand it, due to the ******** from the Mittals, Flavio and Bernie would never sell to the mittals...and seriously regret their involvement.

Roar - No not drunk, whatever the split Tango & Cash own between 66-67% of QPR - Fact
Mittals own 33% - Fact
So if TF buys 20% from T&C, and 'gets together with LM, potentially that makes T&C minority shareholders. Thats all I was suggesting.
Scott/Indiana - it depends on which of the horses mouths you heard it from (Tango or Cash) also you'd be a fool to believe 100% what either (and especially Tango) of them say.
A) they change their minds to suit every day
B) why would they entrust you with such insight ?
And if GP can only sell his ficticious 10% to Tango, effectively, they are Tango's in all but name.

So if Bernie sells 10% he's left with 5.5% roughly.
If Flav sells 10% he's left with 40.5% roughly.
Tony F has 20%
Mittal has 33%
GP has none !
I bet there's a condition in Tony F's 20% that he cannot sell to Mittal without giving Tango 1st refusal (at cost or reduced price)
Otherwise a merger or buyout of TF & LM's stakes would have a controlling stake.
This is starting to get VERY messy.

I always find it amazing that people don't can simply bypass a significant piece of information that is presented to them. QPR Holdings is a Ltd company, and as such its accounts and shareholding information is available for public inspection. The data that I found is the most up-to-date data regardng QPR Holding's share distribution that can be found on the web. And this stuff has to be updated with Companies House very quickly. It dates from March 2011.
Why, oh why don't people read and understand, rather than continue believing their own silly notions/what they've heard, etc.????
Not referrring to you RobLoft, by the way. Your post just confirms that my earlier post was probably correct. It's all the other numpties who have heard "67% this and that" and believe it, despite there never being anything official on that.
The same happened with the Faurlin transfer fee......people just couldn't grasp the simple English of 'a deal worth up to'.
I give up! If anyone can show some evidence of Bernie's 67%, then I'll accept it graciously.
