Well. That was interesting reading. What a bunch of deluded turnip munching #####. As it stands we've got plenty of grit and (relative) class - where as they've got a bit of grit at best.

Not saying we're gonna finish above mid-table or anything - but if I was playing a game of TopTrumps (which they may struggle with due to their webbed hands) then we would win every time. And that's before we get to comparing managers...... Infact - the only player I would take from them over ours would be Naughton.

They will be bottom and down by Christmas.
SPOT ON! Both them and Swansea will both struggle far worse than us. Garry Monk (no puns please) and Alan Tate will both get ripped a new arris hole in the Premiership and Norwich's Zack Whitebread and Elliott Ward will also get destroyed. Taking last season into consideration of all 3 teams plus each sides signings we are still bar a decent margin better than both of them teams and I will also throw Wigan in with those after losing N'Zogbia so I think we'll make 17th worse case!

                  WORRYING POINT
Looking at the 3 sides promoted last term the stand out players were Taarabt, Holt & Sinclair, of which we have by far the best trump card. Our ONLY & BIGGEST problem will be in January when we may have another Taarabt saga on our hands! A good start is key to survival this season.

Norwich had a never say die appraoch last year and have a great young manager who has brought in fresh faces.

I wouldn't be suprised to see them and us just stay up with Swansea, Wigan, blackburn going down.

Norwich may not be the best but they may be better than blackburn & wigan!!

50k seater staduim - they have a massive catchment area and sold out every game last season at around 24k. Being an establsihed prem side they could certaintly fill a 40k stadium.

Lived in Norwich for a year and I can safely say you are overestimating the size of their fanbase. They may fill a 30k stadium but they are near their limit IMO. They have done very well the past few seasons with attendances but don't let that mislead you.

Lets get one thing clear, they WONT get all the lucky 97th minute winners that they got last season, as Premiership defences will be much better drilled and not as sloppy as doncaster and Barnsley.

                        1. DJ , Bothroyd, Taarabt, Smith or Holt , vaughn, Morrison, pilkington??
                        No Brainer

We have a far better keeper, far better defence and attacking options.

Norwich really pi ssed me off last year as being the most desperate side even more than Cardiff for wanting us docked points.
Couple that with 75-76 season, I would like to see those caants down and hammered every week.

There is no way on this earth that either Norwich or Swansea are anywhere near better than us.
                        Just aint happening.

I suppose a lot of their opinions are based on last season where they done well against us, Keiron Dyer comes in for some stick, I reckon this will be Neils shrewdest signing. Don't dispute we will be in a relegation struggle but I think we have just enough to stave off the drop. Watch for Newcastle, they seem to be in turmoil at the moment
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

if we had made all of those signings this message board would be in melt down, they are the worst bunch of signings ever (apart from Johnson and Naughton imo)
