Scott serious... Ask Paladini 2 q's and get.honest answers.

    1) did Neil want Danny shittu to resign?
    2) did he have a major bust up with Neil back end of last season?

Not saying their relationship wasn't great before.

I heard that there was an agreement that he'd get an extension based on another deal happening...e.g. shared agent and all that

            2) Warnock was told the 2 Italians materrazi and other old clogged were being signed, and he had to deal with it, until he mentioned his contract showing he has the final say in signings.

No idea about this one. However, as flavio et al clearly say - Neil coaches, they do the deals. If Neil wanted out, if he was unhappy, if this was true he would have walked.

            3) Contary to what Pete tried to say, back end of last season, Warnock and Paladini had a major falling out and Warnock was pretty well sacked till they realised how much it would cost.

Bull. Gianni is one of Neils biggest backers at the club - if you dont believe me on that, then here's Dave Mc's opinion from his blog (and he cant stand GP)

"It is worth pointing out though that Paladini is a staunch ally of Warnock, who was very much his choice for the manager’s job – regardless of how things were portrayed at the time."

I have personally seen Neil and GP at work together at harlington and overheard them talking. It is 100% safe to say that they are united in various opinions about various things and people..read into that what you willl

            4) Paladini Is gunning for Warnock, believe me he wants an eyetie in and Neil gone.

            See above

            5) club in league 1 enquired about Troy Hewitt on season long loan to aid development but were told unless they paid full wages , no way..

Yep. Indeed theres a few like that. Its part and parcel of the boards rules.

Hand on heart Flavio would have booted Neil this Summer just to get a mate in of it wasnt for GP warning him we'd all riot
The thing is Scott the point you seem to over look is Warnock is a pretty good judge of character and there is no reason why he wouldn't of missed the fact that Paladini is a chancer and incompetent. You assume that everything you hear is gospel about a man who is known lier and fabricator of the truth.

My take on it is Warnock had Palaldini sussed from day one, knew off not only Briatores interference but what role Paladini plays in all this and had water tight contract drawn up by the Mittals which give him complete say in transfer dealings.

What Warnock says in the media or the impression you think is truth is nailed on to be different behind closed doors. You get fed info via twitter and a few freeloaders associated with the club I don't believe your finger is on the pulse. Since Pete has ****ed off you have been slowly starting to fill the void. It was inevitable that you would come on here and for what its worth defend Paladini.

Put this into perspective Paladini's incompetence probably nearly gave Warnock a stomach ulcer the back end of last season with the Faurlin saga. You are very naive to assume that the pair are allies, Warnock is not stupid he'll look around at the likes of Vine, Ageymang, Cook, Pellicori, Alerti and know what a drain Paladinis transfer dealings have had on the clubs resources. I'm nice to people all the time at work with I don't like but it doesn't mean I don't think they're a **** behind closed doors....its called professionalism (something Paladini knows **** all about).

              Fair post and fair opinion.

What I will say is that I said GP should go if the faurlin saga was his fault.

I take what I hear and am told by whoever and make my own judgement on it fella.

I'm not trying to have a dig here what I am saying is put things into perspective. Warnock is one of the most respected managers in the game and is very competent at what he does. He knows Paladini serves no purpose, as he is a real football manager. You can give Warnock a budget and he can negotiate contracts, if Warnock needs players he has team of scouts, if Warnock needa a favour he has a list of contacts as long as your arm.

Now you explain to me why he should be gratfeul to have Paladini at the club because as far as what I can see the man is just getting in the way, he serves no purpose.

In the past the slightest rumbling that a 'coach' has been getting out of his pram and Paladini has demostrated a keeness to have them removed but he can't do that with Neil because our Warnock is far to canny for him.

W12 you make a very good point.
Look how Neil has just got on with things, said the right stuff and slowly played T&C with the media.
He would have worked out Paladini a long long time ago, and I'm telling you those 2 Italians Matterazi and the AC Milan full back, 36 y/o can't remember his name, were almost forced upon Warnock.
I understand why people want to rubbish this, because we have all been through enough, but know the club, fans etc will be better off the day Paladini farks off.

Jeff not for one minute am I saying what you have heard or what Scott has said is true, I don't know (though I know what I think)!

What I am trying to do is apply a little common sense to the situation, certain posters are very quick to play up the relationship between Neil and Paladini but when you actually think about it, it does in my view sound a bit ridiculous.

What saved Neil this summer was 2 things:

                              1) his contract neg'd with mittals re signing his own players
                              2) what it would cost to sack him.

Probably would have cost £2.5 million + to remove him and that would just be his contract, bet Jones and Curles deal are water tight as well.
