well smudge says on twitter that the deal is done (with us) and doesnt understand why it hasnt been announced yet. He seems to have a hotline to DJ`s agent over the last week, so fingers crossed it is true.

From what I've seen DJ didn't appear too jet lagged in Blackpools friendly v Blades today.
Of course his club and owners may well have said it's fine for him to spend 8 hours travelling for F all as prep for a pre-season game and the man himself may like airplane food.
