      Vinnie Jones.

A "Welsh" pseudo "hardman" who basically bled us dry and formed part of the group of (unts that led us in to many years of hurt and pain.

If I had to take a dump in someones coffee it would be that twonks

He was and still is one of my all time favourites. He doesn';t show any respect to QPR considering it is where he made his name and also the club hsi father, cousin and brotherr played for.

Bu how can I hate a player who gabe nme so amny wonderful memories such as his goals in the FA Cup run of 1982, or his many long range strikes and solo goals, such as the memorising drab back and turns that bamboozled two West Ham defenders at Upton Park?

I also can't hate Seaman, (he was such an outstanding keeper for QPR) even if the way he left QPR left a very bitter memory. He could have made it clear much sooner that he wasn't going to sign a new deal and perhaps QPR would have signed Nigel Martyn from Bristol Rovers.

No, I reserve my hate for Hateley (appropriate name) Injured, useless, overpaid and didn't endear himself to the fans with his actions and comments.

Also, Vinnie Jones for the way he went on strike after nmot getting the manager's job. and costing a skint QPR so much money in wages during this period.

And there is a special hatred for Ned Zelic for being such a waste of space and money (couldn't play on hard pitches huh?, as if the German weather conditions always provided great pitches to play on).

Thev1st and last, could be argued contributed heavikly to QPR's relegation from the Premiership, whilst Jones, contributed to QPR's further demise dowbn the abyss.

I agree with that statement which is why I plump for Wilkins because, If I remember right, he was the one who bought both players!

Clive Allen, for he's celebration in front of us in spurs 1-0 win (not 5-0) he took a penalty and scored then done that sort of stiff leg knees up and down and arms doing the same thing, once spoke to R's Legend Simon Stainrod, asked him what was it like playing up front with clive, he replied..****ing horrible mate"

Oh then there's Trevor Francis, just for treating Martin Allen like a mug when allen's wife gave birth on the friday night he made him travel to newcastle while his wife was in labour.

                Vinny Jones...just wasn't a QPR player.

But, if Rodney Marsh was not siting in the stand that night, Francis would not have left and Wilkins would never have been given the chance to squander so much money.

                    say what now?!

ray is a bit of a prat and in his second season as manager for us did us, and himself, no favours.

but as a player he was fantastic.

                    in my opinion, of course

Maybe as an individual but Wilkins was absolutely brilliant for us as a footballer. Hateley for me all day long arrogant and an all round badun !

It was an FA Cup game, but it was a stoppage time equaliser at home against 10 man Huddersfield after their keeper was sent off in the 1st half.

Did you watch him play at Rangers? He was great when I watched him there.

I'm not a scholar of world football but even I knew that Italian clubs at that poiint used to buy loads of players for a few hundred thousand pounds from all over Europe and just give 'em a whirl - virtually all the players bought like that failed and went back "home" a season later; I think their "hit rate" at unearthing a gem was 1 in 1000 or something. Why Dichio chucked in a promising/developing career at Rs for such an ill-conceived jaunt mystified and eventually pee'd me off!
He left because Rioch and Houston were idiots who thought Hateley was better for the team, even though the stats did not agree with them. When Spencer alongside Dichio he scored in almost every game, but not when partnered by Hateley. And can you really blame Dichio for leaving 2nd division football for Sampdoria in Serie A, especially knowing that Houston was going to sign Sheron and send him even further down the pecking order?

True, and for a long time after that I hated Wilkins too. Especially after his reply to one of my letters complaining about his signings, in which he wrote that in time these players would be good signings. I replied that they would relegate QPR (this was in Feb 96 and he replied that I should have faith and get behind the team.

However, I can still recall some of his excellent games as a player, but can't think of one from either Hateley, or Zelic.
