  • Warnock being betrayed by QPR

Bookmakers are insensitive souls. They deal in probability and cold hard facts. Their Caribbean beach houses are funded by the plight of people like QPR manager Neil Warnock.

The odds are that Warnock will not be around long, to enjoy the privileges of promotion. He’s second favourite, behind Blackburn’s hapless Steve Kean, to be the first Premier League manager to be sacked this season....

Good points, have thought this myself. He puts his all into the job, loads of passion on the touchline, and doesn't hold back re expressing his opinion.

So he won't be happy at being told off like the hired help critisising how the owners choose to play with their toy, and he's had the weekend to ponder options.

I hope he's wise and experienced enough to let it wash over him, all part of the game, but he could be so angry he might consider packing it in. If he is clever, he'll carry on as before to show he is unaffected, and force their hand.

We don't want a sterile watered down version of Neil, so hope he stays passionate and emotional.

When he was 12/1 a couple of weeks after the season finished to be the first prem manager sacked, that was the time to get on the money. He won't be the first sacked now but may not still ride out the season.

I think your find that is water of a ducks back to Warnock, he played the politics game and won as Adel stays and he has been told to sign a few players, which without his out burst this would never have happened.

with regards to Warnock getting sacked, some of that is going to be down to the fans, if we start poorly and get on the teams back we will open the door for them to sack him. However if we stay strong and continue to support and chant Warnocks name loud and proud regardless off the results then they will find it harder (but not impossible).

Bookmakers run a book - The odds follow the money, the fact the odds have been slashed is because money has been placed, and money has been placed because the press have interpreted statements over time culminating in the headlines this weekend.

which makes the ''full credit to the board'' thread laughable
