Adel...not a chance. We don't want our Prem captain to have a strop. When he starts playing up, he needs telling.

I agree with Swanley on trusting Neil's judgement, and that's what I'll do. I doubt he'll pick Kenny, but I'm certain he's had enough of the tantrums and won't pick Adel. He'll still man manage the lad well and make it known he's important, but he'll put it across in a way that makes Adel feel just as influential but that he needs to concentrate solely on the football.

I think Adel should keep it. Good man management from Warnock, if it keeps Adel happy and gets the best out of him, then I am happy with it. Adel is a type of player that needs to feel loved and know he is 'top dog'. All he is doing is flipping a coin and wearing the armband. Everyone knows it is the likes of Derry etc who are organising the team out on the pitch.
