yes it does guarantee your ticket but on the season ticket application form it clearly stated that for an adult, the season ticket price was a "saving on match day tickets" ranging from £326 to £371 depending on bronze, silver, etc.

If the actual match day prices do turn out to be more or less the same then I think all ST holders should request a refund of the £300+
