There must be a take over just around the corner or they will spend before season starts.
I simply refuse to think they want us going down the drain...QPR
Best team in the world

Hi again Dubai.
See your full of positives again.
Do you remember posting this in Feb 2010?
"Despite having a 4 year plan for success please can you explain why after 3 years of it we have not improved our league position and are now selling our best players?"
Care to comment if you still think this is the case?
Who would have been the best players we were selling at that time?

Ramage for England.....Agyemang will scare most defences.....Can't wait to see Ephraim flying down the Wing....How strong is Connolly...really good in the air......The pace of Hill is frightening, can't wait to see him mark Nani....Another clean sheet, Gorkss and Orr - top class....
Shall I go on...?
Just stick to your camel jockeys pal.

Thank you for taking the time to trawl through my 1000 posts. I'm flattered.
The reason we got promoted is Neil Warnock. This was Amit's decision to employ him. Warnock then persuaded our best player by a mile to sign for us and 19 goals and 20 assists later the rest is history.
I really believe that if Flav had not taken a backseat we could well be in Division 1. One decision has changed our future and now Flav is back pulling the strings it will be one season. Trust me.
Without going back 17 months I can't remember which players I was refering to. Probably was Buzacky (good player in the Championship) who at that time we were considering selling.
Let's be honest here I've only posted negative things because I am really unhappy with the way things have been going. We all should be sat here buzzing with excitement about how good the Premiership will be, but you can just pretend all is well when it is clearly not. The club that we all support will be relegated unless they splash out some money and but buy 4 new players. Our defence was shaky last year and in many games a decent striker would have a field day. We will play sides that will have decent strikers every week. Also To have a budget of 1.2m to jump from an average long ball league to one of the best in the world is just a total joke. And to then sell our best player by a mile and then spend nothing of the proceeds makes me even more angry.
How can anyone be looking forward to seeing us get smashed every week and be laughed at by opposing fans winds me up. Alright it hasn't happened yet, but trust me it will.
question for you...who in our team at the moment would've got in West Ham's team last year?:drunk:

I think Bothroyd will strengthen the side in terms of forwards, and Dyer will improve the squad - but Adel and Routledge were pretty much our only consistent threats in the side. Most of our goals, assists and build ups were through these players, and they will be sorely missed. We just need some pace and creativity to replace them with - because without that, it doesnt matter who your strikers are

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Ok Dubai, Happy to answer your question.
You should revisit your past posts - shows you have always been unhappy. Definently a glass half empty guy! When we got the championship title were you unhappy that we did it not having spent over $10m?
West Hams problem last year was letting in 70 goals and low goals. I would struggle to select anyone other than Upson from their defence. Im hoping we still pick up Naughton and he would slot straight in a RB. Hill had great season last year but the Premiership? I would keep faith though as no competition from West Ham Squad.
The combined team I would pick:
Kenny (please dont say Green!!)
Connoley
Gorks
upson (from theirs - hope we do get him)
Hill (thought he had a great season last year)
Parker (but if injured Derry)
Faurlin
Smith
Mackie
Nolan (Quality player)
Bothroyd (ahead of Cole but did like Ba but Jay gets nod)
I won't go into subs
By the way,who out of the West Team would you have put into the QPR championship winning team and why?
Be interesting to see if there are others who support you view that current QPR players would have struggled to get into the West Ham team last year.
