reminds me of bit of when I go haggling on holiday.......They want £20 for a T-shirt.....and all of a sudden I've only got £7 on me despite having much more than that in my front pocket.....I know it's only worth £7 and won't get mugged off for £20 and don't want to spend half an hour haggling so, all of a sudden, I only have the exact amount that I am willing to spend on this particular transaction. I'm sure the stallholder is no idiot and knows very well that I've not only got £7 on me but nonetheless it's what I say.....just like when Neil Warnock said he's only got £1.25M in his budget....Because this is all he is willing to pay for a player that is worth about £1.25M and not a lot more.

We 'allegedly' bid a combined £6m for CMS & Danny Graham so unless that's b0llox somethings changed behind the scenes.
Personally I have a gut feeling a takeover is in process & NW is hanging around simply for the fact Amit & Co will soon be back.
Purse strings seem tight now Fatso & the ###### want to milk us before doing the Frank.

If QPR make an acceptable bid for a player, but then offer him less than he is already getting, he will turn it down and the reason given would be failure to agree terms and the club look as if they are really making an effort, but deep down they are not.
Look at how the club tried to fool us with the Faurlin fee, when we all suspected it to be rubbish and this came to light last April.
I suspect the club is playing similar tricks again.
