We the fans should always get behind the team and support them but if a player, manager, board not doing their jobs then in turn we should be able to voice this. I have support QPR all of my 41 years and would never change. I have seen some great players and sh*t over the years. Some great managers and others that I wish never came. Boards members that done good job and others that screwed us over. On fans I have seen some and go, but for most of us that been with QPR through good, and bad times we will also be here not matter what.
So to my point when some earns more money in a week than most on here do in a year do I have right to have a go if he not put 100% effect most of the times then yes. Do have to right if he having bad game no or that he not the best players no all I ask is 100% effect. We do have players in the team that not going to be great or even good prem players but will 100% effect so leave them alone. We all do our best at what we do as a job but there are off days. Same when come to the manager if not given 100% effect in getting right players in or the best out what we got then he goes (Here we all know Warnock gives 110%) and same as the board if they not doing the given 100% effect for the future for the club then go.

The problem Insider with all those fans behaviour is because we all have been suffering for 15 years and we all want our team to be competitive in Prem, and we all want some big signings so we can be as proud as any other who support Man Utd, arsenal, spurs, chelsea, etc.
We all are hungry for success in Premier League, we don`t want to go back down next season, we think we don`t deserve it! It is known that our fans always have been hardliners - we are not as many as any other london team fans, but we are stronger than them.
