Now I'm not saying he has much more than the DJ money but he is known to play the media. If he is planning to bid for someone else no good them know we have x amount of the Taarabt money to spend.
Also sounded to me like if he identifies a good value target he will he backed with wages and transfer fees, like with Jay and DJ. Sounds like he hasn't been given a set amount, but has to convince Flavio over targets. Makes sense for the owners, if you tell a manager he has 6 mill to spend he will spend it, not necessarily well.
