I think there valuation will be based on what other league one players have gone for in previous years. Nicky Maynard who was similar in success and age went for £2.2 last year while Eastwood went for £1.2m a few years previous. £2.5m is OTT but somewhere between £1m-£2m isn't a bad vaulation.
