Heard this earlier. I know it won't go down well, but as long as he's only looking for about £20k per week, he'd be an ok signing too. Seems to have proved his fitness recently, and still has a bit of pace about him. The experience could prove a worthy asset too.

I'd prefer McAnuff or Kebe, though.

At this rate we're gonna need an official club ambulance for all the crocks we sign...must admit the short term performance related deal is a good idea.

So he's actually signed? Not mere speculation this time? That's new. Says its on a performance related deal. Sounds sensible to me. If he is fit we all know he has great talent, but if he isn't fit then presumably he won't be paid, or not v much. Prefer to have a player like this who might prove good enough than all the players still on our books who have proved they can't be good enough.

                        "Performance related deal".
                        IE: Pay as you play.

Exactly the same as Woodgate at Stoke.
And if anyone doesn't think Dyer is good enough (when FIT), then I despair.
If he's injured, he doesn't play, and so he doen't earn big money.
No lose situation for QPR, or for Stoke with Woodgate. Or whoever takes on Hargreaves. (Sven?)

Players like Dyer, Hargreaves and Woodgate, (and maybe Michael Owen in the near future) seem to be finally accepting these deals as the norm now.

                        Which is long overdue.

this goes to prove that no one on this site really has a scooby about whats going on behind the scenes, this wasnt even on the radar.

Good player , obviously when fit , ie hardly ever.
