Villa, Fulham and QPR race to sign Blackpool star
THE Seasiders have allowed DJ Campbell to miss their training camp in Portugal to sort out his future.
The striker asked for permission to stay at home and is expected to leave the club in the next couple of weeks.
Chairman Karl Oyston has admitted as much (see page 44) and Campbell has told manager Ian Holloway he wants to stay in the Premier League.
QPR are the frontrunners to sign the 29-year-old, although Fulham and Aston Villa are also thought to have expressed an interest.
