Stephen Caulker (excellent Spurs prospect) - Gorkss/Shittu/Connelly/Hall

Barcelona forward (leading scorer in Spainsh 2nd tier Helguson /Agyemang / Pellicori.

Cannot comment on the new keeper, although has top pedigree ex Benfica, but I do rate Kenny so no decision on that one.

How many of our 'signings' / contract renewals would get in their side?????

Probably not but better than no-one.....And many would have been happy with CMS from League 1 but we were outbid by Brighton of all teams.....PL with us or Championship with Brighton and he chose them....Hillarious.

Caulker is average, was at Bristol City last season and didn't pull up any tree's.

Soriano didn't sign for them in the end from Barca 'B'.

None of Norwich's new signings would get in our first XI.

That's exactly what I mean about not panic buying so just we can say 'well at least we have signed someone, even if he is sh*t'.

CMS also turned down Norwich to join Brighton so it wasn't just us, and for £2.5m rising to £3m I'm not that bothered. Much rather DJ for £1.2m.

Swansea have also lost their keeper and Pratley on free's, and look likely to lose their left back to Newcastle aswell. Borini has also gone back to Italy so, I would say as it stands they are also weaker than last year. Taarabt hasn't been sold yet, no-one has even matched the asking price.

Norwich are buying Championship and League 1 players who won't cut it in the prem, add in the fact they were in League 1 just over a year ago and they will struggle big time.

We need players yes, but we need the right players. No point making a signing just so we can say 'we made a signing'.

Although we do need those quality players in sooner rather than later, as time is ticking....
