If it's the Carlton Cole that played under Avram Grunt - Oh dear.
If it's the Carlton Cole that played under Zola - Superb.

Carlton Cole would be a quality signing providing Neil Warnock is in charge.
He had a bad season under Avram Grant but then so did the rest of the West Ham squad ( parker aside ). I mean let's be honest would Avram Grant be able to inspire you to do your job right. (nothing to do with yeah but they earn 1,000's all things are relative - yes they should do their jobs but Avram ? )
