  • Is this a rather simplistic view?

T&C are happy with promotion, but not happy with the style of play under Warnock - let's face, it would have been dire were it not for Adel.

T&C obviously want an Italian in charge, but know they would not get away with sacking Warnock before the season starts.

Money is available, but T&C don't want to give it to Warnock to spend.

T&C preparred to wait for the inevitable struggle in the Premiership, then sack Warnock after a few games.

Italian rolls in, and given big bucks to spend.

    What dy'a reckon?

I think and always have that Briatore wants an Italian boss in, especially now we are up.

Maybe Di Canio's return is the master plan after all?

Yes, I was there. Hoof ball most of the time, pity as we've got the boys to play football as well as Adel, but weren't given the chance.

Maybe that is what they want, they want Warnock to walk.

Yep, solid at the back, played nice football when given the chance, but surely you have to agree if it weren't for Adel, what would we have achieved?

everyteam has a playmaker , but those playmakers can only flourish with a solid team that worked hard , at diff stages of season diff plaers came to the fore mackie earl season helguson at stages wane when needed , i enjoyed the comitment the effort and the pride displayed b the team throughout the season, the onl time i remember in lat 15 years when w e plaed any better was that purple paptch under magilton which was abt 6-8 games, outside of that dont remember any other time i have enjoed the football at LR
