Due to Quaz and Kirill hitting me with infraction pts for speaking my mind, I will have to take a back seat on this one.

Strange that in 2011 a genuine fan cannot speak his mind on a football messageboard.

Putting the whole Sousa debate to one side...


Pete's recent behaviour in:

1) Defending Paladini at the court case - Despite the FA's in depth detailed Minutes clearing showing in black and white Paladini was 100% responsible for all the pain we as fans went through and also costing the club over 1 million pounds.

2) Yesterdays performance trying to defend and spin what is clearly evident; that Briatore and Ecclestone, do not give a f*ck about our club and are clearly undermining Neil and NOT backing him.

For any so called supporter to do that, I simply cannot fathom.

I would however say I agree with all the above.

Yep. ive found myself you also get a fair bit of abuse thrown at ya for being optimistic by certain members.

I went through the pain of the court case like everyone else, unless you think I am immune to such feelings. I just felt the FA took far too long and in the end it was rather pointless. I did not say Paladini was blameless, just that he was not guilty personally and without going over it again and again, nor did the FA. If they did, they have powers of banning people for long periods. So in a nutshell, bursting into tears when we got the all clear was a show of emotion that most fans went through.

As for yesterday different kettle of fish altogether. No wonder FRY has got the hump he thought he was getting another million quid, but changed his story a week later. Unless Warnock comes out and says he wanted CMS, then we are taking one mans word for it. We lost out on Danny Graham and he admitted so, but I suspect that CMS was not more than an enquiry and the fact we have lost out to a Championship club and not a Premiership makes me even more confident, the so called bidding on our part was never serious.

If for example we don't sign DJ Campbell I will get a little worried because I think its an either or situation and was never both of them. In fact even Walknonby and things I was hearing were that CMS was no more than paper talk.

As for SOUSA, somehow this relates to GP. For some strange reason similar to if the Mittals come back, some strongly believe its the end for him. It was never a power struggle between Sousa and GP and nor would it be if the Mittals came back.

Casting that to one side, this board carried various Polls on SOUSA and a few came out in favour of him going, most wanted him to stay. Some give this messageboard far to much credit for being inspirational in dictating what happens at QPR.

Its simply a mouthpiece for QPR fans to give an opinion. I gave the opinion I found Sousa's style boring and said so long before he had gone. No doubt, if I had said how great he was, then just to have a conflict some would have gone against the grain just for the sake of it.

Its the only manager that i personally could not stand watching his brand of football.

It wil amaze people but I felt Dowie went far too early and in fact we played our best football on grass with Magilton. I'm not a particular lover of Warnocks style, but it gets results. Please do not insinuate I want Warnock to go because I don't.

Ok Pete, put aside Fry's comment that we wernt backed, Fry also said CMS met Warnock with his agent, so i suspect it was far more than an enquiry.

Adrian Durham has confirmed this also and he is well connected at pboro obviously.

But surely we have been working on getting players in since the end of the season?

Did NW not say that he wanted a couple in before he went on holiday?

What is the hold up? This time last season we had the core of our squad sorted with a couple coming in later.

he clearly said he did not want to follow the Holloway route of getting players in too late and we have at least lost one target. (graham defo and maybe CMS)

I'm just giving it a couple more days.

If for example two targets I know of DJ and Bullard don't sign, then I will be seriously worried.

A post that might have got lost somewhere about a month ago, I did call for the board to back Warnock. At the time when it was June not much business was being done anywhere, now its almost becoming critical

For me if Campbell is not on the preseason tour can't see any player coming.
As I said we've agreed terms with the player and had a bid accepted only one reason could stop him signing now.

Thats what I am hearing. At first around 4-6 weeks ago I thought DJ would stay up north, thena round 2 weeks ago seemed like we had convinced DJ and his agent.

Fact is Blackpool have I believe accepted our bid. I heard it would be yesterday, I'm hearing now it will be tomorrow for his confirmed signing.

If nothing happens than its shows that Flavio simply wants more tanning lotion and bernie has given up.

well i think its t6otally unfair the way that petes been treated i remember when he beat the drum i used to love those days.
he is trying to keep upbeat,i dont see why everybody is giving pete a load of abuse
over the danny grayham transfer both he and walk on by were promised that it would happen someone even told pete that danny grayham had bought a house in harmondsworth
if pete gets fed duff information what can he do about it,i just wished we all show some respect for each other,i learned to become very fond of jethro and geejaybee and shania and factomondo and benny and weare12 and scarlet pimple etc etc etc and io think thats very beautifull that through a message board,when we are depressed we can all come on here and have a good old bash of the keys
