Same goes for our current owners really - but of course they never had any intention of turning us into the next Man City.

Could explain why we're not signing anyone.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

                1) We're in London

                2) They'd be buying POTENTIAL - QPR, once established in the PL could sell out a new 30,000 stadium.

If true I fear that Bernie & Flavio will stick around to sell Adel and then leave
                  Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                  And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

there would be no need to sell adel if there going to make a nice big profit from selling the club.if they stay id be more worried adel going.

Hmm highly doubt this is true. But if it were, there are only a couple of Russians that are richer than Roman:

Vladimir Sergeevitch Lisin, chairman of a steel company. Potentially a link with Mittal.

Mikhail Dmitrievitch Prokhorov, who has been known to have sporting interestes. Has invested in CSKA Moscow and basketball team New Jersey Nets

What's the point of having a rich onwer who is not willing to invest in the club like the current ones?
                        QPR fan since1987

Strange question. We don't pick our owners. Or were you being rhetorical?

probably ******** but i can see the scenario

if you were a russian billionaire then QPR would make sense if you wanted to one up abramovitch then buying a smaller club and making them bigger than chelsea would be a fun thing to do

doing it with spurs or arsenal just wouldnt give the same buzz
its New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks
