Not necessarily people choose a career change all the time at later stages in their lives.

It looks like a hobby with benefits from where I'm standing.

We put a lot in but take nothing in return other than the memories, love and passion which comes with being an R. The same cannot be said for Pete and I think we all know this and it seem's to become clearer by the day. Posters wind each other up on here and give banter but you know you are talking with proper Rangers fans regardless. To question lifelong Rangers fans support of the club is nothing short of a disgrace. Someone like Pete is in it for himself, he probably thinks the PL will open many doors for his 'media career', its a very selfish attitude to have.
Tbf w12, i couldnt agree more with what you sya about the banter on here and how at end day were all fans with a love of Rangers etc, that spot on, but i must say i feel it a tad harsh doubting Pete's support. I might be wrong as i dont know any of you guys personally, but it seems he's a pretty damn good fan whos gone out of his way to create this forum for us all to discuss QPR and he gets alot of sh1te for his troubles and takes it all pretty well.

But fair play mate, this is all about airing you opinions!
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

                Jeffo,

To be fair, no real business of yours. I wouldn't dream asking you

In order of fairness, will answer the question briefly.

Run an agency of sales staff since 2003 who work on sales subscriptions for Perform Group (used to be PTV). Football, Darts, Rugby, Tennis, etc. At its best 2005-07, but still going well.

Wouldn't want to get into media work on a part/ full time basis.

As for questioning my support because an opinion is not shared by your great self, then that means you must be right on all things QPR

I think the same, and I see nothing wrong with that. To do this, Pete has to be at the ground early. He doesn't get to do the pub thing with his friends, which for me is an important part of my matchday experience.

I certainly wouldn't want to do it, regardless of getting to see the games. It's not exactly an easy thing to do, and it does require a slight tallent.

Well in all honesty it looks like the first few decades of Petes support have been lost somewhere in the Bermuda Triangle but don't worry I'm sure they will turn up with Lord Lucan riding Shergar into LR

Simple really, and he makes some very good points.
Unfortunately, some people do not read what is in front of them.

                                I have similar feelings...
I don't trust either BE or FB.I think they have no real feelings towards the fans, and will end up, getting the best price for the club( for them)without having to invest any this season. If i'm wrong,so be it.But like many others, over past zillions years, i have dug deep into my pocket to go to LR but why would i want to do that this season, to two business men who couldn't give a fuc. about the average fan.

Sometimes. in life, it is nice to make a stand.Every person would rather watch their football or any sporting event live....but at the moment, a dark shitey pub...that is over pricing my guinness, and paying over the odds to SKY to screen the game, is slightly more appealing than to line the pockets of our current regime...Actaully....sod that...i have a 52 inch Panasonic Vierra...ill stay in doors and kick the cat
