Not a dig at anyone as everyone is entirled to their views but I simply cannot get my head around the idea that those who are lucky enough and can afford a season ticket would rather boycott games and watch it on the TV instead simply because of the owners

I do underdtand that there are principles at stake but is it not a case of cutting off your nose etc?

Not in the slightest when the thought at present makes your blood boil at giving the club money for what is effectively a vastly inferior product compared to what it should be. I can quite easily take my grand, sit in a boozer with decent QPR fans around the corner of the ground and watch every match this season.

The PL does not excite me being competitive does, if we sell Taarabt we have barely got 20 goals in us next season if that. The atmosphere is going to be shocking next season unless things change soon. We are talking about signing players we were talking about signing as a Championship club. If Warnock goes before the season kicks off I will probably have to demand a refund there on the spot, I hate what is happening to my club. Having condescending *****s tell me I should be happy that we are in the PL is riling more than anything. I'm trying to look at the big picture here not not a short term fix.

I can just see gloating ****wits now if we get off to a flier giving it the large-un to those pessimistic fans from the summer or get on their high horse with a few unexpected results. This is not about having patience its about doing things the right way. I have friends and family now who haven't renewed with the ST deadline having past. Some idiots think the moment we make a couple of signings that will automatically make things better.

The club is in turmoil and it will take more than a certain individual spinning a few lines on here on behalf of the club to convince me otherwise.

Fair enough and I respect your views especially the point about the PL as I also do not share any particular excitement really about it and I dont think there will be any atmosphere at Loftus Rd next season but a day at QPR is not just the football of course and for me its the whole package of meeting up with mates and having a few beers etc

Perhaps that why I have always preferred the away games in recent years as I find them much more enjoyable

Must say I agree some with you on that. The very arrogance of the club to say that the rise is paying for watching other class teams is sickening. This is our second price hike, and if I'm paying top dollar, then I want to see money spent on good players, and with a happy feel at the club.

And I'm not interested in the argument that we got promotion last season, so that made it VFM. It does not. Since when has any club except us, hiked its prices in the same league to claim promises of promotion. It's for the business to provide results first and prove the product, than charge in advance for something that every club wants anyway.

As my ST was only £500, I'm tempted to be there at the ground if abuse to the owners starts flying about. The owners have F1 mindsets in that the customer base needs no caring loyalty spent on it. They have no conception of honest PR.

The start of the season is 18 days before the TW shuts and if things are still not looking good then, I will seriously consider my ST position. It's about time uk fans started geting a bit united and militant as they do in italy.

The one thing that makes me laugh continuously is that FB is so contemptuous in his dismissal of customers, is that he will be have to be there and have to suffer vile abuse from us if we feel that he deserves it. Where else can you verbally insult donuts in public and watch it stick?

I think its quite condescending to make everyone feel we have no chance of premiership survival and that none of us should enjoy the experience of punching above our weight by simply seeing us play the best teams in the country.

Problem is I'm too postiive and you are far too negative. Neithher of us are probably right.

I think it is also quite condescending to make everyone who doesn't back the board feel that they don't back the manager and team.

Fair enough, but to support them from inside a PUB, they wouldn't hear it

W12ranger I know we have never seen eye to eye and had some pretty big bust up's, but to be blunt and honest this is a superb post, and you have spoken well on how many fans are feeling at this current time.

You are a very loyal fan and I am disgusted and saddened to see how Pete is trying to portray you. Keep up the good work and don't allow a few board room bum buddies put you off.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

The games your talking about are looking at being 70 quid a ticket so I doubt it. I certainly won't be paying that kind of money to see a decent championship side being shown up. The big games that i'll see r the one's where we have a chance, swansea, norwich etc but there won't be any easy games like last season where teams like sheff utd and preston were woeful.

I see that point as well and I know where you are coming from, I have renewed for the record its more a case of having no choice at present and waiting to see what unfolds before making a serious decision come the start of the season.

The thing if a fan decides to turn up for those games its entirely their choice, but again that would be a situation created by The Board not fans. Its not a test of loyalty to buy a season ticket this IMO, many of us are royally ****ed off with the way things are. There is much more to this than just ticket prices though and fans wanting to have a dig later on will do well to remember this instead of trying to dig the knife in.

Thanks mate that's appreciated. I regards Pete's support as different to mine, for the majority of us we are Rangers fanatics. We put a lot in but take nothing in return other than the memories, love and passion which comes with being an R. The same cannot be said for Pete and I think we all know this and it seem's to become clearer by the day. Posters wind each other up on here and give banter but you know you are talking with proper Rangers fans regardless. To question lifelong Rangers fans support of the club is nothing short of a disgrace. Someone like Pete is in it for himself, he probably thinks the PL will open many doors for his 'media career', its a very selfish attitude to have.

To be honest that has crossed my mind quite a bit and makes perfect sense.
