3.8 An Extraordinary General Meeting may be called at any time by the Committee or by written request to the secretary of a minimum of 30 adult members. Such a request shall state the purpose for which such a meeting is required
And I am not too sure how they would even let people know if an EGM was called, as the rule for an AGM is as follows.
3.7 The secretary shall post up at South Africa Road and also in the match day programme at least fourteen days before the AGM a notice of the meeting stating the time and the place where it will be held and the business to be conducted
There was an AGM in February, but I can't for the life of me remember it being mentioned anywhere (mind you I don't always buy a programme or check every nook and cranny of SAR for notices).
The whole way the OSC is run by the club is very bizarre. Do the OSC even know who their members are? And if a meeting is called why not also put it in the OSC section of the Offy?A message to the other Premier League clubs when they visit Loftus Road.....
