as above in theory should be filed by next tuesday to avoid a late filing penalty....
however as the new filing penalties are only £150 for up to a month late, £375 for 1-3 months and £750 over 3 months, the club can quite easily afford to miss the deadline....
AFAIK, the AGM hasnt even been called yet for the remaining shareholders to agree the accounts so cant see them being filed by tuesdayComment
