Had a bit of a break from all the moaning today - but coming back on and reading the original post - well I just wish I hadn't bothered.

If you don't get how it works just sit tight and watch, or do some research at the very least before you start coating people off..........ignorance is forgivable but the subsequent abuse of a fellow poster just made you look like a bit of a fool.

Just for anyone that still doesn't get it, any club bidding the same amount will have it accepted and obtain permission to talk to the player - he then decides where he goes, not Blackpool.

Can someone explain something for me? If there is a release clause then if you trigger that clause by bidding the requisite amount then you are allowed to talk to the player - but it doesn't, if I understand correctly, stop another club bidding more and persuading the player to go there, does it? This is what happened in the case of Graham after all, is it not? Presumably the trigger clause still allows other clubs to come in with other offers, perhaps in a certain time frame? So just because we have met this clause, surely there is a long way to go? Not saying all this to be negative, just trying to avoid the hysterical celebrations followed by disapointments over Graham.

If a release clause is met then the club have no option but to let the player open discussions.

If he was a qpr fan, he should sign for that reason. If he isn't, well have to offer more than that championship club
