  • The club marketing strap-line -- something missing?

The dream continues............ to turn into a nightmare

Just renewed my ticket and only just noticed that "The dream continues....." bit on the renewal pack that came out and was shoved under a load of other invoices I need to pay.
The turn into a nightmare bit just seemed to roll naturally on according to 90% of this and other fan forums.

I'm now looking forward to kick off.
Yes I quite agree that T&C are Bertie Blunts, have alienated the fans and prices are sky high, we need players, there's unrest at boardroom level yadda-yadda-ya.... a totally different ball game, and a club laden with World Class stars, but have a word with a few Gooner ST holders and you could almost swear they're QPR fans in hiding.
I don't agree with a lot that's gone on at W12 and it will surprise no-one that I will never be a happy Hoop until that (enter un-speakable phrase) Paladini has gone but I'd rather be on the inside kicking out than the outside waiting for it to kick in.......

So now I'm £800.00 lighter and already I'm making plans for away days. This season could cost £2k so I really hope I can keep working for the foreseeable!
Draw, win or lose - we'll be on the booze -- and I'm sure off the pitch we'll have a right old laugh no matter.

Oh, and by the way, FFS it's only June............
I need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.

      A fool and his money..........

Did you have the same rhetoric when Bill Power and the Waiter's gang whacked ST's up massively?

£40 a game for Prem football --- I'll have some of that.
Circa £15 a game for kids to watch prem football --- a bargain.

If you cant afford it then I sympathise.
If you think you are being a new age Citizen Smith with your protest then wake up mate, you'll achieve nothing.
I wont be buying anything else off of QPR FC - not a programme, a shirt, a calendar or even an unedible burger or pint of fizzy slop. That'll be my protest -- but I'll be giving whatever 11 take that pitch my 100% backing as ever.

You want to make the Twins and the waiter take notice? Then you need to make them notice where it hurts and that is their media partners, their other core businesses and most importantly thier image.
I'm more likely to bump into a film crew on SA Road than you are watching a live stream on your PC. Capiche?

      Fool indeed.
