A few stories regarding us being interested in him at the start of the summer have died.

Personally, I would love us to go after him. Feel he is better than all the options mentioned over the past few weeks, including Danny Graham.

Young, Quick, Very Skillful and most importantly, he knows where the goal is. When he plays, Bristol City do well. Yes, he has been injured but when he came back he was terrific.

No way on Earth would Tango & Cash pay that.

Think Maynard is probably the one player below the Premiership (relegated teams excepted) that can justify a fee of that size. Have little doubt he'd fetch twice as much after a year with us, especially when you consider the likes of Welbeck are probably valued at £6m.

Andy King and Snodgrass as well maybe but not to Maynard's extent.

Oh and Wickham I suppose.

well i was speaking to a official who worked for city and he said that there just wasnt a fee that bristol city would consider he is at least twice as good as grayham,hes grease lightening with incredible dribbling skills i think it would take 7 million to get them to sell,but i do agree hes the top tallent outside the prem

Would really like this guy at Rs Bristol City really picked up when he returned at the end of season 4m too much 2m-2.5 no more but woould need a strict medical after his injury probs last year only played about last 6 weeks of season
