Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Bothroyd - 18 goals in 39 appearances in the league (20 in all competitions). Teams like Celtic and Everton want him, and I trust Neil Warnock + David Moyes' judgement on the player if they want him. Free agent aswell.
CMS - 27 in 45 last year in the league, 34 in 55 in all competitions. During 3 seasons in league 1 he scored 20, 27 and 25 goals respectively he the went from league 1 to the premiership and scored 8 goals in 32 appearances, a decent return. CMS works very hard, chases down lost causes and is one of those players who Warnock would describe as being 'someone you would want with you in the trenches'. We will need players like him when we are playing the likes of Arsenal where they need to be put under pressure because if we lose the ball we might not get it for the next 10 minutes.
Just my opinion of course. Considering that we have a tight budget, who would you prefer?

I am happy. As I was when Warnock brought in Derry, Hill, Kenny, Mackie, Clarke, Hulse, Smith, Routledge.
Only 1 dud (I think Hulse is a good player and can do something at this level...scored around 12 goals for Sheffield Utd before broken leg in Premiership!) and that was Clarke, who will leave.
Warnock knows what he is doing. We do not know his budget. We do not know the conditions he has agreed with regard to signing.
I defy anybody on this board to say before or after we signed all those players last year we were goign to win the Championship. Similarly nobody, whoever Warnock brings in, knows if we will win the Premiership, qualify for the Europa Cup, finish mid table ro finish bottom.
All I know is that all the payers mentioned on here over the last few months are better than we had 5 years ago before the present investors, and we could oly dream then of who may come in this week and spending £2.5 million!
Patience and keep rethinking the lessons of last year - Warnock knows what he is doing!!!
