  • Am I the only one who's not that worried?

Ok, sorry not to join the doom and gloom club, but am I the only one who is not that worried? Warnock has said that he dealt with Flavio and Bernie a lot last season and they were the ones in charge, not the mittals. So how is this season different from last? Yes we haven't signed anyone, it is only June, but how many transfers has there been? 5 maybe? I would rather be in our position then norwich, because even after them spending £5.5 million on two strikers they havent added quality to their squad, IMO they had better to start with. We dont know who we are after, but we know that Warnock has rejected every Italian put in front of him, so it is clear to me who is in charge. I trust Warnock to make the best signings possible with the budget given to him. So what if some greedy f*cker wants bigger wages and signing on fees then we can afford? We move on and sign a player within our means. Some people are forgetting that if we go down it will be hard to shift these players who are on big wages. This could be our only season in the premiership for the next 5-10 years, so enjoy every game. The team needs our support more than ever this season, if we go 1-0 down we need to get behind them not start shouting 'flavio out' or start booing. Enjoy it while it lasts, these are the good times, not the bad times.

    Come on you R's

You talk sense but if you take a reality check with the squad we have at the moment, it won't be happy watching the R's next season or paying the money they are asking... **** ing liberty.

Top post and not you are not the only one. I think NW will set the team up to shock a few teams and although with the current squad we may well go down I don't think for one minute we will go down embarrassed.

I for one am looking forward to the new season!

I was agreeing with Del and the others rather than W4, but he got his reply in before me.

Tbh that doesn't inspire me one bit SPC. Not disagreeing with what your saying but if that's the highlight of our season getting relegated going down fighting I'll be absolutely gutted.

We have the owners capable of making us stable in the Premiership that's what we should be aiming for instantly then worry about other matters.

I agree about finances etc but our squad would struggle in this coming seasons Championship never mind the Premier League.

Not good enough for me I want to see intent & at the moment there has been none.
