For me when Paladini turned us into a farce, with guns in the boardroom, the sacking and employing of managers for non-football reasons, dodgy deals with agents, owners that try and pick the team from their yacht in Monaco and Naomi Campbell in the crowd on a Monday evening. The price rises and comment's like, paying £20 to watch doesn't give you a right to an opinion.

If it gets less affordable to bring kids when they're at a truly impressionable age, the result will be that fewer of those kids will grow up supporting QPR. Some will lose interest in football from not seeing the game live, others will be influences by their pals in the playground and choose more glamorous clubs to support. I think my decision about this coming season is only to attend a handful of matches, bringing my son (currently 5, will turn 6 in November) each time just to ensure he doesn't forget QPR altogether. One match before Xmas and then another couple in the spring. I'll watch the rest streamed on the 'net.WRITING ABOUT QPR AND OTHER NONSENSE:

One thing about the Premiership that throws up an interesting one on this is something I cant get my head around.
Now we're back in the top land of greed our exposure should go through the roof. Surely MORE kids (locally) would want to identify with QPR?
Where this falls down is I suppose LESS would want to be associated with a team getting whipped every week on Sky Sports 1 Football First every week!
Football has always been an expensive sector of the "entertainment" industry or sport in general.
I recall thinking my fiver to go and watch pure dogs muck at times in the late 80's early 90's was wasted. Then you develop that taste for the overall match day where the 90 mins becomes almost a sideshow. My personal view is you either have that in you or you don't --- no amount of marketing, price incentives etc will force that affinity onto you.
Many will disagree but then it's a funny old game.
FFS it's only JuneI need some time in the sunshine, I gotta slow it right down.
