Would be a backward move for him to move to PSG.

The French League is 2nd rate. He is about to play in the best league in the world to show case his talents.
First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.

The problem we have is who can we attract to replace him?

Graham has already choosen swansea over us and CMS sounds like he has choosen championship teams over us (not that I rate him) but Adel does have flair and can be a match winner.

I guess the question is will we bring in better than adel and WR, well I would very much doubt it. Worrying times.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Think those that don’t like him will be pleased he’s off too!!
I’d like to keep him but if he wants to go, then not much you can do. We need to replace him though. He was involved in over 50% of our goals last season. You can’t just hope the others step up, we need to get a class player in to provide some creativity to break down the premiership defences.

Plus he stated what's the point of going back to France where he would be playing in front of 7,000 fans

All comes down to wages. He may of said that but if they are willing to pay double his wages then he will be off.

Adel is great, no doubt about it but he's too much of a diva. I fear he will get kicked in the Premier League, sulk and be awful. + I hate Tottenham and 40% is good business from them ... FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

                Lets sign DOS SANTOS !!
                Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Any other club than Marseille, PSG, Lyon or maybe Lens, and I'd agree.

PSG have huge amounts of cash, Europa League football, already have 44,000 season ticket holders, a salary on offer of €3m and the potential to be a huge European football club with regular CL football. We can't offer anything like it.

Big move for him personally but not professionally imo.

Surely wants to show what he can do in the Premiership considering all these Champions League clubs are courting him (yea right).

Can't afford to lose a player of his ability, we can't even bring a player in to replace Agyemang or Vine so what hope have we got replacing the best player we've had in the last 20 years?!!

BUT-If he really really wants to go then fark him off.

Why would it not be a big move for him professionally?

Massive club, albeit underperforming over the past 10 years
                              Fantastic stadium
                              European football
New owners with huge amounts of funding
Competitive standard (always 5/6 clubs battling for the top 2)
                              Challenging for title/CL places
Back home to France, and the capital city
                              Double the wages.

No brainer - possibly the best move he could hope for. Will get a first team chance that he wouldn't at a bigger club.

Ligue 1 is a decent standard. Close to being on a par with the Bundesliga.

If Adel, REALLY wants to go, and PSG REALLY have offered £10m, let him go.

BUT, not at their 1st offer, tell them to find more....£15m ?

If Nodge is right and they minted, they'll pay, even if we meet in the middle.
With 40% sell on, we need to be clever about his sale.
As long as NW gets all the money to spend on replacements (notice plural)

I say that as a big fan of Adel and I REALLY want to see him in Hoops in the Prem, but if his hearts not in it, he'll likely be even more infuriating than before.

If he does stay and the PSG rumour is just another piece of spin by his Agent, this season will be hugely improtant for our talisman.

Do well, and 'maybe' a bigger Premiership club will gamble on him for twice his current worth.
Fail, and his value will drop, meaning he will unlikely ever play for a major club or any club in this country again.
