As i said in my post they the owners have done very little to improve our youth facilities instead spending out on unknown and not very good or too old and past it players, rather than invest in something that would make the club money in the future.

yo only invest in the acadamy if intending to be there foor the long term....

The orange one at Palace invested heavily in their academy only to see their best players leave for next to no cash.
