  • Team building trip.

Neil had really better get a move on with signing some players, Ok some of you may say he's still got time but even Neil stated a major factor in last seasons success was the Pre season as he had everyone together practically living in each others pockets. In Italy for example players didn't stay out all night, he said they left the hotel together and came back together, Neil did a fantastic job of team building but without having all the players before hand he wont be able to do this.
I really hope they can sort something out and quick.

NW has wanted to sign a minimum of 5 players, but has not been able to as others are not happy to back him. I really think it is time to get used to the same team from last season playing next in the Prem next season, without Routledge and probably Tarrabt, who will see lack of signings as lack of ambition and want to leave.

PS: Looks like the players NW wanted to get rid off like Agemang for example, will get a stay of execution........... again.

Edit: My point is that on the basis the team will be the same, team spirit is not a problem ....... (until they start getting hammered week in week out)

As long as he has signed who he wants by 17 July there should be no problem, plenty of time ....

Agree, but they wont be the players he wanted, as he has already missed out on 5 players he wanted, so could these others players that come in be plan, B, C or even D.

Rob Paul has a very valid point he has already lost out on 2 or 3 of his no1 choices. Clear to see he isn't being backed but Neil just want 1 last shot in the big time and that and his age is what is keeping him here.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Agreed Paul... Team spirit will start HIGH but hammerings and what will happen will crush that within weeks, then we will be left with Derry and Hill Clattering people (which will be quite funny) and Mackie running around like terrier chasing a ball in the park.

That... WE can be sure of.

Would that be just after Adel has lost the ball and is gesticulating to the fans ?

Forget team building trips - we need to build a team!

Probably yes, but will be before he nut megs their centre half, buries one in the net and provides one of the few pieces of quality we will probably see next season.
