  • Can you really switch your support to another team?

Or does the love for you're first ever team still run deep...(if you had one)?

I know off a few lads who have done this and claim to be QPR fans now, but are they really the same as us...I remember getting stick off these sort of people when the were younger for supporting a bigger club?

London Pride has been handed down to us.
London Pride is a flower that's free.
London Pride means our own dear town to us,
And our pride it for ever will be.

not being rude, but you are assuming he has done it for that reason, unless proven no rules have been broken....sorry

I thought I was on you're ignore list, what's the issue I'm asking the question as I have encountered a few 'new' QPR fans of late.

Apologies if I touched a nerve.

Not being funny but anyone supporting Rangers can never be described as a glory hunter!

Have watched other teams in the long distant past ie chelsea, fulham cos mates supported them, only went when qpr were playing away.

Had no feelings what so ever for them will never ever have the feelings for any other club like i have for the Rs.

Other clubs only exist in my mindset to be beaten by us.

its in the blood - its genetic..... thats how it should be!
Almost like religion, once born catholic, c of e, hindu or whatever nothing
                    can be done about it.
Was strange, the other day was shopping in Lakeside, popped in to the W Ham shop, as in laws are hammers, and seriously felt contaminated from going in there!!! V odd, but thats how it gets you, well me anyway!!!!!!

Used to get bullied when we were absolutely dog poo, but I was about 5. Remember telling my dad that I have to change teams to stop them and if we lose tomorrow. We hammered someone about 6-0 or something, thank god for that.

Since being a season ticket holder (when I was 8 now 18) I have had a non-stop love for this club and something I wouldn't swap for anything in the world. I sat down with my dad after the Leeds game and thought about what has happened in the 10 years we had been going week in week out and how much had changed in our lives. Safe to say a few tears were shed after realising our dream and all the ****s who gave me abuse could no longer say nout and for one reason and another.

I supported Liverpool in the 80's
Had a soft spot for Leeds United in 1991
Kept an eye out for Man Utds results 91-94
Moved to Blackburn in 95 so i followed them
Enjoyed watching again Man Utd 96-97
