Just spent 10 mins reading this entire thread.
Does anyone actually think the muppets running our club will sit down with anyone and listen to what us peasants want regardless of who is elected and what body were to sit with them?
Just a thought.

Hammersmith r's not sure how the committee works, but are you sure everyone on the LSa committee gets a vote from its members. Just a genuine question
Stanley76, The way I understand it the OSC have close links with the club. If for example an event is being organised the OSC organise it. They did lot of fundraising for Grace and Football In The Community for example
Its not a political group (not the best way of explaining it, I know), but they have been close to the club for several years.
It does seem the club are now trying to shift the contact side of things towards the OSC so they can relay to members, though that has not be clarified. It was decided by the club after 2009 and Amit was instrumental in the decision, to stop the big fans group meetings every couple of months. We had forum owners (including me), groups and other high profile fans attending (words high profile are wrong, but you know what i mean). The numbers started off about 8 and in the end it was around 18-19 and even arguments on how many for each group. For example Joe Hylton because he posted on this site was asked not to attend, when in reality he is well known by the QPR fan base and was NOT respresenting WATRB's.
In a nutshell we had internal arguments and in the end numbers were just increasing all the time. I suspect the club might now wish to speak directly to only the OSC, but in all fairness they have only met the once and doubt they will meet regularly.
Its the clubs fault because they show a lack of respect to all fans, but it was never a problem last season and I cannot see yet what has changed in regards specifically to the OSCALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

Scarlet Pimple
The club have your details don't see what benefit it would be to the OSC.
RICH, I would suggest it very unlikely any group will pin down the owners at all and only speak to club departments once/twice a seasonALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

I would imagine its up to season ticket holders/members to contact them. They used to have a messageboard (not sure what happened to that) and facility on official web-siteALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

I have no problem at all with the club only dealing with OSC, as long as they are representing the members veiw. My issue (along with other posters) is that over the last 15 years of having a s/t I have never been contacted by the OSC in regards to my veiws or to vote in/out committee members. I,m sure the OSC committee members are fantastic people - I do not bear any malice, but if the OSC is for the members why does it seem its run like a dictatorship rather than democratically?

Pete, you astound me sometimes with your ignorance on certain issues. You are a LSA member and use its coaches so should know more than most people. But I will make it CLEAR for you.
The LSA ever since its inception in 1987 have an AGM at the end of a season where all committee members put themselves forward to either be elected if they are new to the committee or re-elected. People put themselves forward at the AGM where the members are present. This year it was on the morning of the Leeds game in the LSA bar of the Springbok. Many members were there to re-elect the committee. This is called being DEMOCRACTIC, ACCOUNTABLE and TRANSPARENT. None of which the OSC has!
I am very surprised by your question on this matter as you know probably everyone on the LSA committee.First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.
