But how would you judge it? Seems a bit of an odd award for me. Is there any need for it?

I think that instead of berating Ian for being awarded supporter of the year because he is on the OSC, you could perhaps look at the amount of money he has raised by organising and participating in every sponsered walk, for the tiger cubs and for Grace. Then when you have joined him walking from QPR to Watford, then #### him off

Just to make it clear it once again that those of us who signed the letter requesting an EGM of the OSC do not want a witch hunt against the committee members who are of course all loyal and passionate QPR fans like the rest of us
All we are are asking from them is for ordinary fans to be able to put our points across and a little more transparency and interaction with the fan base

Alibabes, spot on.
Unfortunately in some quarters unless you shout from the rooftops what you do or have done, you are not worthy.ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

He sounds like a good guy, but nobody said he wasn't.
As Isleworth says, the letter asks simply for an AGM. If people wish to discuss voting systems or how the panel is made up at the EGM, there will be a free agenda I assume at the EGM to ask questions and/or propose changes.
Let's not make any assumptions, but lets not forget that the OSC are supporters too.

All people have wanted to know is how has Ian Stenning et al have been voted on to a committee where the electorate have not even voted! They are supposedly there to represent season ticket holders and members and I have never seen a ballot form in my life. The LSA committee are voted in by its members. And by the way, many QPR fans do a lot of voluntary things which are not made public!
You can see why people find it strange the club gives the supporter of the year to someone who is on a committee that they will only speak to.First game: Arsenal vs Queen's Park Rangers at Highbury, Saturday 17th November 1984.
