Some posters do make me laugh.They moan when Pete is on here giving it large about this and that, then they moan when he is not on here giving it large about this and that.

The only strange thing that is happening, is too date, we have made no transfer signing.Albeit that contracts expire on last day of June,and what with Neils comments about wanting players in by end of May(2-3) it does seem really strange that we have made no signings.

A logical thought that goes through ones mind is that something is going on behind the scenes, thus,putting a club embargo on transfer until such time as it has been sorted.If a club is being sold, you would assume that transfers would be on hold, unless maybe the old freebie here or there.

These are only my thoughts and based on nothing more than positive expectations in the following week ahead.

Don't think anyone is having a go at Pete Spencer, think people are just teasing him a bit. For what its worth I always like Pete, even if his strike rate of late has been about as impressive as Ron Hulse's.

Tend to agree with you about possible transfer embargo while ownership is sorted - that at least is the most positive reading, and would rather it be true than the more boring explanation: namely that Bernie/ Flavio are too disinterested/ careful with their money to spend.
