  • Lumping on us to go down at 2/1...Ladbrokes

Its tempting because its now obviously virtually certain we're going down under the current regime. But I never like backing against the club I love. But non-Rangers fans who are smart can be almost certain of doubling their money.

100 means 300 back so better than doubling your money. I would never do that bet but I am suprised it's 2/1
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Not a bad way to cover the cost of you're ST, its a bet you'd like to lose at the end of day...tempted to thro £200 down.

I'd never bet on my side to go down. It's dirty money if I win.
        Your mum would love me...

I just had the same thought. In fact I think I might put £200 on it and hopefully lose it.

Although knowing QPR, they will take it down to the wire, just to make sure we endure a nail biting finale!

We are staying up; sure of it.

The likes of Blackburn, Wolves, Wigan, Swansea and Norwich will keep us up!

Unless we sign 5-6 better players than we have we will go down so good odds

Are you sure it's not 40-1

Seriously, what makes you think QPR's squad is better than those teams?

So far, QPR's inactivity in the transfer market has done nothing to make me think the squad will be anywhere near good enough to avoid being a bottom 3 side from mid-September onwards.

If Taarabt gets his wish to go, QPR will be even weaker, because I don't believe T&C will want to spend all the funds from his sell on new players. They will be more likely to spend it on a new chandellier and more cushions, champers etc for the entourage of showbiz and 'z-list celebrities' and pay off some of the 'loans' they have made to the club.

A £1000 ST might change you're mind, at present I can see us rooted to the bottom of the league all season....

Why is it virtually certain that we will go down ???

There are 2 months till the season kicks off ... players are still on their hols etc..

I'm not 'ITK' or anything like that but how do you know things are not happening behind the scene re ; targets, transfers , investments etc ...

I don't see the clubs around us doing a lot of business at the moment (Graham to Swansea aside).

As for norwich I wouldn't want anyone that they've purchased !!!

As long as NW is at LR then trust him to do his business . NW knows FAR more about what is going on than you and me will ever know and if he was going to walk or go to another club , because he didn't feel he was going to be supported by BE and FB then he has had more than enough time and opportunity to do so .

By all means have your £ 100 bet @ 2/1 if it eases the pain of something you don't want to happen but to me it sounds like a kid whose complaining about a xmas pressie he hasn't received ...2 months before the 25 th of Dec

It was the same story this time last year and that didn't turn out too bad !!
