  • Brian Bedford (not a thread for newbie glory hunters)

    Is that THE Brian Bedford?

i remember watching him, he had crinkly hair..
but not as crinkly as Alan Wilks.

My favourites were the Morgan twins ,Roger and Ian.
Alec Stock never used to start with them both.
instead he would give them a half each.
since they were identical no one cottoned on.
    they were full of running!

    those were the days!

i think we should buy Mark Lazarus back from Brentford
he was quick and we could get him for half the 10 grand that Gregory sold him for (twice!)
anyone remember him running down the line in his underpants after his shorts had split?

    probably not

Its been much debated on here before, he is THE Brian Bedford!
Nice guy always provides strong views and debates!

i am not trying to prove any point..
there was a bit of irony in the thread cos i know you are all long suffering fans..

                  as i am..

been going down there for 53 years non stop starting in 3rd division south
so me joining this forum on may 11 is irrelevant
i got involved because of the FA enquiry and i am writing articles about qpr

and i have good memories of Brian Bedford and all the thousands of players that have entertained me..

so cheer up it might never happen..
