No. Technically QPR are in debt and hence not making a profit. Owners of any business may only take out profits unless it is take out as a loan.

They will however have all of the £100m and depending on the agreement the remainder of the loan (which is payable to them).

But all club debt is to the owners, surly they can pay themselfs back out of the prem money's, then were out of debt to them.

Then they could cream off any other monies which would then be profit
before they sell.???

The prem money isn't handed to them today. Most of the £35m goes to the club at the end of the season. The other £55m is parachute payments receivable over the 4 years.

If the club is sold, the prem money is still payable to the club.

The £70 odd million profit from the sale will go to them, the club will still be in debt to them.

You don't need to make up a list of things that won't go to them to have a go at them.

if they sell the club all to do with what agreed inc in sale, in most cases you get everything doen to the cars linked to clb when you purchase, for example they could say we are selling the clb but keeping the chandiliers for arguments sake and that would be down to the sellers , but categorically in 99.9% of cases the person selling all their shares sells everything at the club on, when people talk about the debt its not like if he wants a 100 mill for example they pay bernie 100 mill and take the debt, otherwise would be valuing the club at 150 mil, so the 100 mill fig bandied about will inc lock stock and barrel everything to do with club
