If a player plays in a sh*T division, it's most likely the other players are sh*t so by scoring 29 goals with crap team mates shows he has potential and an eye for goal

This is the one...sign him up! Valladolid missed out on promotion.
Goal every other game in Third division for a couple of seasons with Valencia, then stepped up to Second Division, then joined two teams who got relegated from the Second Division consecutively, but still managed to score 1 in every 4 or 5 games. In good sides in the last 2 seasons, he's scored 40 goals in 78 appearances!
Watching that video, he can score with both feet and his head.
