      Looking forward to this one. Got some good pals up there staunch blue's big firm of scaffolders, Bushcelt knows them as well, good lads. Will hook up with them for a booze then night out on the town after.

      Anyone that aint been out in Liv is missing out, pukka gaff.

                  On the Virgin Trains site there's an option somewhere to "find cheapest fare" - £11 is the cheapest possible.
                  Another option is the London Midland Train service from Marlebone via Birmingham; look at doing the journey as separate singles. It does take nearly 4 hrs but I got the Liverpool-Birmingham leg for £4 and Birmingham-London leg for £10 a few months ago.
