  • Season Tickets (again)

After the initial anger etc at the increased prices many fans said that they would not renew or buy a new one but now a couple of weeks have passed has anyone decided to get one afterall?

Of course the club know that many will have a right moan and desevedly so but will renew in the long run as football fans are perhaps too loyal and all clubs exploit the fact

I still plan to do so next week and I have to confess that I dont think its that bad vale working out at £34 a game but if the walk up prices are to be believed and the club have not denied them then that is a bad joke

Will prob renew, my son still wants to go, so wont let him down.....its the not knowing whats happening with transfers that annoying me.

And if the fat orange one is back..........would also be a worry.

The club could have broken down the prices and simply said

works out at £28 Bronze, £34 Silver £40 Gold and £50 Platinum.

In this day and age families cannot afford those prices and individuals have priorties, but in reality thats a fair price to watch Premiership football.

The walk up prices (based on what the saving is) indicate a high prices for match day games and that is a worry.

Agree with Scarlet, the idea that flavio has full reign is putting fans off. Reality is with Amit/Mittal having 33% nothing really has changed and whilst early doors (last April-Sept), Amit/Ishan were taking more of a hands-on role, in reality nothing much as changed.

Last season transfer window and January Bernie would have been the main player to give go ahead of players and Flavio would still have an input. More than fans believed.

You have to remember the club changed tact after the protests but it was the way board approached things not a change of personale

away tickets are offered in sliding scale of priority:

                            Away ST holders (500 max)

                            Superhoops upgrade holders

Season tickets, in descending loyalty points

                            The great unwashed masses.

Now I think none of us were so naive not to expect an increase in prices, but what has upset many is the lack of any kind of earlybird offer and the late announcement of the prices.

Once again the board are showing a lack of feeling for the fanbase who have been following the club through thick and thin for years. Come on guys, we know you don't care but at least pretend and throw us a crumb of hope.

We don't have their option of just walking away as for many of us QPR is in our blood, it is what we do week in week out.

They know that those who can afford it will renew no matter what. To put it bluntly, they have us by the balls, but at least they could have warmed their bloody hands first......
