Dunno if it's the real deal but Paddy Kenny on twitter saying;

"just been informed by the chairman that we will make a bid to persuade kevin nolan to stay in the premier league "

...who posted it about ten minutes before Report C&P'd it!! In fact he also comments on the following post where somebody denies it's the actual Paddy.

Sorry to burst your bubble but I'm sure Report wouldn't want credit for something he didn't originate nor would he condone others doing it on his behalf!

Shame though. Would be a cracking signing and fair play to West Ham. If they hold on to their better players and get in a few battlers under Big Sam they could tear that division a new posterior.
