I would also add that we are run by a shrewd team including the manager. They see value for money and have got where they are today by following similar practices.
We have had manager's and boards in the past who have bought players that the fans wanted, yet when they turned out to be duds who did the fans blame ? Themselves ? Oh no, they blamed the board members that followed their advice in the first place !
This time there is a massive cash windfall on the way, what the fark will a few fans st moneys do to make any differance to that.
The people who run this club are tight arsed and people like you come on here and blame fans time and time again.
Pete cant you ban board members coming on here. They seek him here.................

Curle and other QPR representatives in Italy scouting 2 players. One specifically a Warnock target who we're tabling an offer for.
Daddies Sauce
Not good IMO and definately looking ahead this is worrying for the club.
I don't want to see anymore Italians at the club or players with Italian agents etc, when will we ever learn.Last edited by W12_Ranger; 12-06-2011, 09:07 PM.

I tend to agree with Pete on most occasions. On this one occasion I don't.
It is ok to disagree you know.
I just try and put myself in the mind of the board before commenting, hence the reason my views will often differ to many on here.
The most important thing at this time is that we are prudent so that if we do get relegated we will not be left with more and more debt.
I just find it rich that a number of fans on here want the world but don't want to pay up for it. Yes other promoted clubs charge less, but they have more seats to sell and will probably end up with a similar gate revenue as us as a result.
We need to be able to compete and will bring in the right players.
Am i botherer on losing out on a championship and division one striker ? Absolutely not.
Adel was a Tottenham reserve but was lacking a bit of love. Watch him do well in the Premiership.
Why it is that fans slate the prospect of a Serie B player, yet they were going mental when we didnt sign a Division One striker ? get some perspective. Don't comment on players you have never seen. Trust Warnock , who has far more experience than you and I, to do the right thing.
Otherwise people will end up with egg on their faces once again. Warnock's track record at QPR (re signing players) has been very solid. I trust the guy whilst he is here. So should the fans. He will not buy someone that will not be good enough.

Very rare but find myself agreeing with w12ranger and disagreeing with Connors.
The problem I have its Serie B, not the worst league in the world, but even I won;'t be taken in its Warnock who wants him checked over.
Unfortuanately with Flavio Briatore we've had players like De Carmine and Pellicori at the club. The latter played in Serie B.
We are in the premiership and we need proven premiership players.
The only real consolation in all of this, is that we are looking and never indicates yet we are buying. Hopefully Curle takes one look and passes on the guy is no good. I say that because the board don't need more ammuntion aimed there way and if we are picking up players up from Serie B thats exactly what they are going to get, irrespective of whether he is another Faurlin or dare I say Pellicori.ALL BEST BANTER AND ALL THE LATEST FROM QPR.

Weather the fans come on board or not, st money is a drop in the ocean for this lot, why consistently blame the fans for tango and cash not willing to spend....there not here to spend there here to make money no matter
how many st's the fans take up.
No one has said they dont trust Warnock, its tango and cash hardly anyone trusts.
The reason fans not trusting players from serie b is as you well know we have been down that path before, when a certain fat orange one was active, guess what he's back. They seek him here.................
