It's three weeks until we need to renew and still no renewal packs sent out, the only reason I got a feeble effort one is cos I complained.
Can you not see the problem eastcote?
I bet we are the only football team in the english 4 tiers where there fans are waiting for there renewal packs.

I find that most businesses are the same; treat longstanding and loyal customers like dirt and assume they can be milked of cash ad infinitum and concentrate all the effort on wooing new customers.
I imagine they think anyone who's had an ST for the past 13 yrs of dreary lower league football is nailed on to buy one for the Prem so why bother wasting any time/effort on fancy brochures or ivory coloured envelopes to entice them?
It's a bit shabby but probably the way 95% of firms do business nowadays.

Im begginning to see why posters like goddard left. You start a thread up and get stupid reply's. Moon you should of know better you wouldnt get a decent answer.


Anyway. Its pathetic that nothing has been sent. You would of thought an invite to renew on a season ticket which has risen by 200 quid would of been standard. Maybe they dont want us to renew.

yesterday i rang the box office to informs them that i had not got my renewal pack and was getting bit narked off with waiting!
they gave me the usual waffle about be able to print it off on the net or pay over the phone.by this point lost my rag and expained that my st price has gone through the roof and the least i could expect is a renewal pack with maybe a brochure with a few nice picks of this seasons champs.
i promise sir renewal packs on there way this week!!
so the got my "renewal pack" today in the post.
which was a hand written envelope!
and a renewal pack printed of the offy site and stapled together and no sign of an envelope to send it back.been a st holder for 13 years and these ####ing ####s want £760 of me for less games and this is what i get!!!
the sooner the mittals buy our club the better.

Divide between fans and board is getting wider and wider mate.

We should picked that up with no Parade (yes I know its old news). We definitely did with the Season ticket prices. SAid before we could be anyone buying a ticket, they simply don't care.

If you went up to Flavio to shake his hand, he'd look at you as if you were a piece of dirt of his shoe.

Wonder why we feel like replicating back to him.

This aloofness needs to stop and we need to be a united forece. Some of the fans around Loftus Road next season, you will have never seen them before. They won't last long if we get relegated

This boutique is currently the equivalent to Matalan, with prices similar to House of Fraser (not that little and lard give a toss). Could be time to shop elsewhere...problem is I do like the gear at Matalan!
